Hi All,
I would like to clarify if every tenant spaces owned by different tenants requires individual set of advanced meters?
For example, assume there are 20 retails shops (owned by different tenants) on each floor in a shopping mall served by four-pipe fan coil units. In this case, we have to installed 20 sets advanced meters for electricity, chilled water and heating hot water in each floor? Or 1 set of advanced meters recording all energy sources on each floors is sufficient?
Thanks in advanced for your response.

Each tenant needs to be separately metered.

If the number of tenants for each floor is unknown during design, is one sub-meter for each floor sufficient?

Yes according to the credit language one per floor is the minimum. However, you should be able to demonstrate that the metering system has the capacity and capability to provide meters for each tenant.
