Parts of our site are temporary used for construction work for a future adjacent building. Construction work will take at least one to two years.
Our client wants to start performance periode within the next 3-4 months. Without that part the site has no landscaping, so credits like WEc3, SSc3 and SSc5 can't be achieved.
Which boundary do I have to take? The small one that I can influence during Performance Periode? Or the big one and I describe future work on that part of the site and the owner signs a declaration to comply with all requirements in future time?
Thank you for your awnsers.

Ralf, you might want to post this on the EBOM forum to get more responses but here's a note. SSc3 requires you to address erosion and sedimentation control for future construction activity, so I don't see how you could exclude those portions of your site from your EBOM project boundary. The boundary has to include all land associated with your project building, and the owner should be able to influence the operations on all of that land (i.e. require any contractors to comply with the ESC plan during construction).
