Dear All,
We are working on a retail project with lighting specifically designed and directed to highlight merchandise and we have calculated the additional interior power allowance. As we see in the Minimum Energy Performance Calculator, the additional lighting power is both added in both the baseline and the proposed buildings. Does this mean that we can claim no savings for that even though the display lighting is highly efficient?
Thank you in advance.

This additional lighting power is considered a process load so it gets modeled identically. You can try to claim savings for it but you have to follow the exceptional calculation method.

That is clear. Thanks Marcus.
