Add row to purchasing calculator

I'm trying to add a data row to the calculator and it seems to be locked and requires a password. Is there any way to add in a row to the calculator? I would think this would be possible to add more data!

There is a button in the spreadsheet itself if you scroll down further that allows you to add rows
