ADA Parking space

Jeremy, My thought would be since LEED exempts ADA spots for preferred parking, I don't believe it would be counted as new parking since it is required by code and the project is not adding any more additional spaces. My suggestion would to submit this credit under Option 2 but choose the alternative compliance path check box on the Form. This will give you the opportunity to explain your unique situation and upload the zoning document or letter from Dept of Zoning stating that one ADA parking stall was required for your project.
