Acceptable Testing Evidence?

What type of evidence of Demand Response testing being conducted would be acceptable to submit for a building that has 3rd party systems involved and does not receive any documentation of the actual semi-annual testing.

I imagine you could ask that third party for documentation. They should be able to provide something that confirms their test, even if it's just a letter stating as much.
