I currently have a group project LEED-CI in which one building has changing facilities and showers meant for both building tenants use. It a larger facility and meets the FTE requirements for both buildings and is accessible to all tenants in both buildings. While the overall tenant in both buildings is a single government tenant/lease there are smaller groups within. One of which is our client. Can I apply for this credit for both buildings if the entrance to the second building is within 200 yards of the changing/shower facility in the other building? Do I need to fill out (2) forms, one for each building?

I just filed a CIR for this. The response was that all buildings must comply with the 200 yard maximum distance in order for them each to qualify for the credit, i.e., the entrance to the building containing the shower facility needs to be within 200 yards of the other building. In our case, due to the size of the campus, we did not qualify for this credit.
