Requirements
Implement a carpool/ridematching and/or vanpool program. The program should promote shared travel to and from school for students in two or more households and must be open to all students. AND Demonstrate with a narrative and annotated site access and circulation plan how the project will:
- Minimize conflicts with bus operations and pedestrian access
- Ensure multimodal connectivity to adjacent neighborhood(s) (must include pedestrian connectivity)
- Reduce vehicle idling and off-site queuing

- Copies of carpool/ridematching or vanpool program description and policies demonstrating compliance with all credit requirementsc

- Commitment from project owner to continue support for carpool/ridematching or vanpool program for at least 3 years
