This option provides dedicated-use spaces to two community organizations. The school board decides which organizations are most interested and best-suited, and the design and contractual agreements are dealt with accordingly. A few options to consider include:

• Designating a portion of your parking lot for an adjacent space (such as a church that needs additional space mostly on weekends) 
• Provide offices so the local police department can bring added security to the school or office spaces for a senior citizens group.
• Provide space for a public health clinic or other public services open to community families.
