Joshua Hickman

With a MS degree in Green Building and a BS degree in Construction Management, Joshua is poised to provide the most current information and make the very best decisions pertaining to the construction industry. He has over five years of experience and manages many facets of the commissioning and sustainable processes from project inception through functional testing and warranty review. Additionally, Joshua serves a critical role on projects pursuing LEED certification by providing essential education and coordination with the owner and design team as well as completing required documentation. After managing the addition and build out of an active passenger terminal at Logan Airport, Joshua and his wife relocated to California to pursue a career at the forefront of sustainable development and construction. Since his relocation, he has been selected to present on sustainability issues to architectural students at UCLA, the Annual Municipal Green Building Conference & Expo, the inaugural Valley Green Building Conference & Expo, and at multiple industry events around Los Angeles and the Inland Empire. As an active member of the USGBC on multiple committees, Joshua participates in local design competitions, competes in the annual LA Triathlon and consciously promotes a more sustainable way of designing, constructing, living, and thinking.
