I am a LEED® Accredited Professional for New Construction and for Existing Buildings. I was responsible for completing the Chartwell School projects LEED® certification documentation, which received Platinum level LEED® certification. I was the LEED Project Administrator for the CORE Office building in Las Vegas, which is LEED Gold and the Monterey College of Law which was LEED Platinum. I am managing several buildings from Napa to Nevada that are targeting different levels of LEED® certification. I have certified the IBEW #234 Building LEED Gold for Existing Buildings Operations & Maintenance and I am working on the same type of certification for the Portola Hotel & Spa, as well as the Monterey Conference Center.
