Employed in the concrete construction industry for 38 years; the past 30 years with W. R. MEADOWS, Inc., in Hampshire, IL.
My first 18 years with W. R. MEADOWS, I worked as a R &D Chemist; focusing on concrete curing compounds, concrete sealers, water replellents, densifiers/hardeners, etc.
The past 12 years (as Director of Technical Services), my efforts are now focused on educating our employees and our external customers on all technical aspects of our products; including proper application/use, regulatory compliance, LEED credit contributions, LBC compliance, sustainability contributions/compliance, etc.
