Yetsuh is Director of the NYC office of YR&G with over 15 years experience in all phases of the design and construction of green buildings. An architect, writer and educator, Yetsuh has guided a wide range of project types and multidisciplinary teams and developed numerous educational programs and policy advocacy initiatives. Yetsuh is a LEED Subject Matter Expert, a member of the USGBC Core Team and the Keystone Network, and was the Chair of the LEED 2009 Northeast Corridor Regionalization Task Force.

Prior to joining YR&G Yetsuh was Director of Programs for Urban Green Council, the New York chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council, where he was responsible for the development of more than 90 educational events annually, including a wide variety of highly successful conferences, workshops and training sessions. Before that, Yetsuh was an Associate at Beyer Blinder Belle (BBB) Architects & Planners where he led their Sustainable Design Group , and worked with Kliment & Halsband Architects. Both BBB and Kliment & Halsband were recipients of the AIA Firm of the Year Award.

In 2007 Yetsuh was selected by Al Gore to be one of 1000 presenters for The Climate Project, Mr. Gore’s foundation to raise awareness and demand solutions to the global climate crisis. A very active member of the NYC green building community, Yetsuh is a co-founder of Hungry New York, an incubator event bringing together the local food and sustainable design communities. He was awarded a competitive scholarship to study abroad at the Mackintosh School of Architecture in Glasgow, Scotland, and he received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon in 1995.
