Taylor Ralph, LEED AP BD+C, is the President and Founder of REAL Building Consultants, LLC, a firm specializing in providing comprehensive sustainability consulting services to institutional building owners, large portfolio real estate owners, real estate developers and design/build teams. His over 17 years of project experience—both in the design/build/development role and as a consultant to project teams—allows him to provide a thoughtful approach to creating high-performance, innovative and award-winning projects. He has significant experience in the LEED for New Construction, LEED for Homes, LEED for Homes Multifamily, and LEED for Commercial Interiors, as well as corporate sustainability consulting, sustainability planning and sustainable real estate development.

Taylor is Chair of the USGBC's Tampa Bay Branch LEED for Homes committee and is a frequent speaker and participant in local green educational, lifestyle and sustainability events.
