Ms. Livingston is a skilled architect with over 21 years of experience, and over 15 years managing sustainable design projects. The range of her green building work has included residential, retail, commercial, and urban development, including one LEED Gold certified building that also won a 2007 AIA SF Design Award in the Energy + Sustainability category.
Ms. Livingston believes that pragmatic strategies can effectively address many of our most pressing ecological and societal challenges. Such strategies involve engaging in a culture that focuses on solutions with a goal of restoration, thus addressing the interdependent array of economics, jobs, ecologies, cultures, and communities. Ms. Livingston excels in design, team-building, communication, facilitation, and management.
