BIO

James Lemmon is a licensed architect, LEED AP BD+C and graduate of the University of Virginia School of Architecture where he earned a B.S. in Architecture in 1991. Jim began his teaching career in 1991 in Los Angeles, California and has taught courses in architectural and sustainable design, building information modeling and architectural history at several colleges throughout Los Angeles ever since. Jim began practicing architecture in 1993 and has worked on several LEED projects throughout California, Hawaii and Guam and several CHPS projects throughout Los Angeles. Jim is currently a Senior High Performance Designer at DLR Group in Los Angeles, California where he applies his expertise in sustainable design, project management and Building Information Modeling to several LEED and CHPS projects.
