BIO

As Senior Commissioning Analyst, Jack is responsible for working directly with the Director of Commissioning and regional engineering leadership in implementing and maintaining the energy management systems, (LEED), preventative maintenance, quality standards, operating objectives, and goals of building owners and Transwestern. Jack will focus on commissioning services including design expertise, problem resolution and quality. A key responsibility of this position is to maintain discipline profitability and be an integral part of client advocacy, marketing and business development.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Jack’s experience comes through over 20 years of working as an HVAC/R and controls service technician, foreman, superintendent, commissioning agent, system designer and project manager in the commercial, industrial and residential arenas. At Total Mechanical Inc., Jack was responsible for a well rounded staff of environmental service technicians, which provided installation, service, commissioning, balancing and start-up. He was also responsible for projects during the warranty period. Jack managed multiple jobs simultaneously as a Project Manager, complimenting his role as Service Manager.

Jack’s background in commercial, industrial and residential HVAC was preceded as Merchandising Manager for Kmart Corp. Jack was responsible for scheduling and directing labor, ordering and approving merchandise and coordinating replenishment.

EDUCATION

Jack attended Waukesha County Technical College where his focus was electronics and electricity. In addition, Jack completed a five year Environmental Services Technology Apprenticeship indentured to the State of Wisconsin. Recently, Jack received LEED Green Associate credentials.
