Chris is known throughout the country and overseas as a LEED expert. He is a frequent speaker and a teacher of LEED principles, construction best practices and sustainable building technologies. He is also the author of the US Green Building Council's "LEED for General Contractors and Construction Managers." Chris' project experiences are diverse and include sustainable design and construction in the residential and corporate sectors, commercial project construction for corporate, nonprofit and academic institutions and a number of LEED certified projects. Chris is a member of the USGBC LEED Faculty and is the founding chair of Pittsburgh's Green Building Alliance. Chris has a strong interest in corporate sustainability initiatives — and helping companies and organizations integrate a sustainable philosophy that is corporate-wide. He is continually seeking new strategies to improve green buildings, green products and corporate practices.
