High performance buildings are good for people and people keep what they love. That's why I love my work: helping people make their buildings perform better and last longer.

In addition to my profession as a building consultant I stay involved in the academic and planning communities through my work with favelissues.com, a forum for topics related to informal development and sustainable urbanism. As well, I am active in the Texas Gulf Coast Chapter of USGBC Membership Committee, ULI Houston Building Healthy Places Committee, AIA-Houston Committee on the Environment, as well as LDS Earth Stewardship, a non-profit intended to promote sustainability and stewardship values.
