In the LEED-NC credit form for SSc8, there is a box that exempts hospitals from the interior lighting requirement. This exception is not listed in the Green Building Design and Construction...

Exterior lighting power densities shall not exceed those specified in ANSI/ASHRAE/IESNA Standard 90.1-2007 with Addenda 1.
what do we mean by Addenda1.

I am trying to understand the difference between the two sections of the credit form for these calculations. I don't find much help in the credit language.

If Ambulance Drop-off is best served adjacent to LEED site boundary, achieving 0.2 FC at curb line would compromise emergency functions. Should we abandon the credit or is an exception possible...
