There are also scenarios in the modeling protocol to get credit for envelope improvements in some cases. The baseline system is defined by Section 11 or Appendix G in all cases. The best guidance on how to do this modeling is in the ID+C Reference Guide so do not rely on this forum for definitive guidance in all cases.
