Calculation of FTE in WE calculator for project with different occupancy schedule for each floor.

The project I am working on has total FTE -103 (90 Office employees + 13 Maintenance, Cleaning, and Security). Not all the floors of the building have the same occupancy times...

Can the lighting control in offices be automatic (daylighting + occupancy sensors) only? I mean, without manual control?
