We have a Project in Germany where the contractor wants to know if the material which if purchased from a local distributor would count towards the credit or would we have to go...

Can you define what "heat rejection" is? I'm not exactly sure which energy counts towards "heat rejection".

Is it the amount of energy that the cooling unit needs to eject the heat...
