Does Appendix G or LEED modeling protocol require the baseline building be modeled with all of the mandatory provisions of Section 6.4? And if so where is this stated?

As I recall when the hood is make up air and exhaust without any space conditioning then it is process. A curtain wall is made of glazed parts and opaque parts (spandrels). In the baseline model, how much shall the façade be glazed? Are spandrels considered as an opaque wall or as a frame?
