We are currently doing a LEED 2009 CS - GOLD project in Jakarta.

The question is: Do we need to select our equipment (pumps and fans) based on the recommended baseline building design...

The version of Ashrae 90.1 to follow is 2007? Or do we have to change to 2010?

We have a project that consists of a cold core and shell that will have warm lobby. The remainder of the building will be unconditioned and the actual tenant or building use (lab, office, etc)...
