I have seen this question asked but not answered. We have a client who will renovate three floors of an office building; typical CI project. The issue is that they will do floors 7, 17, 18....

Very curious why both LEED 4 and 4.1 restrict the Candidate List to "the version in effect June 2013"? The wording appears to indicate that of the 3 lists, only the Candidate list is restricted...
