For WE Prerequisite 1 and WE credit 1, should toilets that are not within the tenant space be included in the calculations?
If not, how do we complete the online form as it marks incomplete...

Shower Use by Non-FTEs

Shower calcs only look at FTEs and not transients or visitors. I have an office building TI that is putting in a fitness center with a locker room scenario. The locker room will have no urinals...
