LEED for Homes

CI-2009 SSc1: Site Selection

We have a project that is moving into a building that has been certified under LEED for Homes Mid-Rise. Can the project still pursue option 1?

my project is registered for LEED CI 2009 , we are using gray water for irrigation , which means 100 % reduction of potable water , does this qualify the project for the other 2 points of path 8...
