Where can we find accepted values for tss removal efficiency of a meadow or other tipes of vegetation?

I would like to know what determines the site boundary for capturing the 90% anual rainfall total. Does the treatment area have to be the entire site boundary?

Can we eliminate site area to be dedicated for the computations for 1" of rainfall? i.e. existing site area is 5 acres witih a 1" volume of 14,000 cf. 0.5 acres will be dedicated to state use...

Could this credit be achieved if it were only proposed to treat the storm water runoff with a structural measure and not capture? It would also need to accommodate at least 90% of the annual...
