Varying sill heights

I am working on a project - a preschool, and the architect has windows with varying sill heights. Some windows have a sill height of 48 inches AFF and other windows have a sill height of 6 inches...

Major problem with the credit, in my opinion

As I see it the major issue with this credit is the 75% threshold in MR 1.1 &1.3.

Consider two possible assemblies.
- A 1920s 18" thick historic masonry and terracotta...

One thing to consider by requiring project teams to include windows in the calculation is areas where the exisitng windows cannot physically be retrofitted to meet the new performance criteria....

Sidewalk definition

How would the sidewalk length for the category "Sidewalk Intrusions" be measured for a project consisting of several buildings on a plaza.
There are no defined sidewalks and nor driveways...

In an existing winery facility we are capturing 100% of our process wastewater (which is significant) and treating it onsite in aerated retention ponds, then using it for vineyard irrigation....

Project K-12 school, The enegry calculation done for the entire building but the process enegry cost comes less than 25%.

What is the next step should I provide the supporting documents...
