Option 1: Full Flush-out Before Occupancy- Is there a Min. CF?

With Option 1, Path 1, we are expected to flush-out 14,000 cf/sf of outdoor air at 60 degrees temp. and 60% humidity min. Is there a minimum ventilation rate as with Path 2 which is 0.30 cf/min...
