What should USGBC do with the extra time to ensure success?

I'm concerned that there are so many stakeholders with so many competing agendas that the extra time could be lost sorting through the differences and trying to appease everyone. I like the beta...

it was some how communicated to the reviewer or linked to the project. 3. Confirmation that a project member has participated in the LEED user pilot credit forum- There are only a few of us who have commented on this in the LEED User forum so my guess is not many have used this pilot credit it or it's been approved for others without participating in the forum.
