Clarifications on No Cooling Tower Credit.

In one of the projects, there are no cooling tower. There are no AC Spaces in our project, and hence for the energy simulations ASHRAE 90.1 2010 Appendix G Space System 10 is selected...

The documentation requirements for WEC3 requires the non-potable water analysis if using 100% non-potable (for 2 points).
As per points table, for 2 points threshold, min 20% non potable...
