As discussed on those forums, this certifiations would not be accepted right now by USGBC, although that could change in the future.What are your thoughts? How do you classify primers? The new addenda for the reference guide lists the GS-11 table:

Interior Flat Coating or Primer, 50 g/L
Interior Non-Flat Coating or Primer, 150 g/L
