The calculator USGBC provides for this credit make it appear that the volume is required for ALL products, regardless of if you are doing a budget or if projects all meet...

Any thoughts how an insulated metal panel would (or would not be included) in the credit for the Option 1 path?  I assume is would not need to be included as it is a factory-finished metal...
