LEED (Canada) is requiring minimum T(vis) of 0.4

A manufacturer has provided me information which says that their product is 33% Visible Transmittance.

We are pursuing the Prescriptive Method for this credit, using both skylights and windows. I am entering in the data for the skylights and am not sure how to answer the first two...
