Innovation: WELL Features in v3

I would like to ask if innovation credit from LEED v4 ‘WELL Features’ can be acceptable in LEED v3 in the innovation category?

Currently the VLTxWFR values for each regularly occupied space is higher than 0.18

However, based on the spreadsheet, those spaces with high VLTxWFR can still be included in the total...
