Evidence Required: sample lease(s) associated with LEED

Hi All,

Could someone please enlighten me as to the relevant of the requirement to “provide the lease(s) or sample lease(s) associated with the LEED project” please?

What leases?!...

We would just like to know if anyone has modeled a system like this and, if so, do you think we have to model this as a district energy system since we are using the return side of the loop? This might be a silly quesiton, but when should you submit the optional ASHRAE compliance forms? If it's optional then why should anyone ever submit these forms?
