Does anyone know if the VLT factor inserted into the day lighting prescriptive path spreadsheet is for the glazing only, or is it supposed to factor in the mullions/screens? If we should factor...

I'm working on a skylit warehouse, around 700k sf. We're just barely non-compliant using Option 2 Prescriptive (something like 2.8% skylight area), but spot checks show that we'd be compliant...

Does the measurement for this credit have to be performed by some certified, un-biased 3rd party? Or can the contractor/architect/engineer/owner perform the test?
