Maybe this question has been posed in another forum and I am not seeing it, but when does the new limit become applicable? Is it to projects registered beyond that date or is it products used...

Has anyone come across a v4 compliant non-shrink, non-metallic structural grout that meets ASTM C 1107? I've been having a hard time finding any that have done the general emissions evaluation....
