Is data being gathered and used?

NC-2009 MPR6: Must commit to sharing whole-building energy and water usage data

We commit to allowing USGBC to have access to our energy and water meter data from the Utilities. Does USGBC follow up and collect this building data for all v2009 projects?

Could we get a confirmation on whether the utility release form is still applicable? In a LEED 2009 new PI Form 1 (v05), there are only 2 options for data sharing, and it does not mention the...

Are the USGBC Energy and Data Release form and proof of registration with Energy Star required to be submitted with the PI Form 1 for the LEED Design phase review?
