four IEQc3.2 questions....

1) ive looked at space matrix (this is a library project)... from what i gather EVERY space has to count.. even spaces not regularly occupied (mech closet, janitor closet, etc). Is this correct...

the LEED reference manual states that punch list must be completed prior to flush out. However, it doesn't state either way if punch list must be completed prior to air testing. Does anyone...
