Are Parking areas for Buses and Taxis included in Option 2

NC-v4 SSc5: Heat Island Reduction

Hello to all,

Do you  have any suggestion if I have to include for Option 2 of heat island  reduction credit the following:

1) Parking lots for Buses?

2) Taxis waiting areas...
