Cost of permanently installed products- use default 45%?

I have not been able to find any guidance on this - is it still acceptable to use the default of 45% of the contract value to determine total material cost?

Can anyone clarify the following section from p469 of the ref guide?  It seems to be saying only include MEP materials that are credit compliant in calculations.

Does anyone know what type of documentation will come from an EPD? Will they all need a certificate? What type of questions will we need to ask subcontractors/manufacturers

EPD expiration date

Since EPDs have an expiration date, and though we may have specified a product while it is valid, it may get constructed in the building after it's expiration date. How does LEED look at this...

ISO 21930:2017 has now been published.

Am I correct that EPDs which have already been published in accordance with ISO 14025 and ISO 21930:2007 don't need to make any amendments?
