When we use the S-by-S method we have problems with some rooms being over-lighted. On average, we are pretty good.

We are currently considering pursuing this credit for a project. However, I am not sure what the definition of an "approved data provider" would be.

The requirement states that “Any automatic control device required … shall either be manual on or shall be controlled to automatically turn the lighting on to not more than 50% power”
