Although an Equipment Emissions Reduction Calculator is provided, how do we address maintenance vehicles used on site? The calculator only accounts for equipment but wouldn't a pressure washer...

Do sinks in exam rooms need to be included in the calculations? They are primarily used for handwashing. If so, are they entered as 'sinks' or 'lavatories' as the baseline?
