The printed material states that the simulation threshold is 25fc but LEEDuser states there is a 10fc threshhold. Has this been revised?

I registered a project under LEEDv4 (#100038645) because my anticipated completion was past the LEEDv4 sunset date. Now that the registration deadline for LEED 2009 has been extended to 10/31/16...
