We have completed this form and for some reason continue to have the "summary" box marked as "N". We do not have additional details to add - any ideas on what could be missing for us to complete...

Is it acceptable to submit design prerequisite credits during the construction review phase?
Based on all the information that I have read, this is acceptable to add in new design credits...
