We have pursued this credit a few times now. It can be a heavy lift at first but once you get the documentation ready and forms completed it is easier on subsequent projects.

What happened to VOC content?

In the 2008 MFMR system, VOC content was under the material credit Environmentally Preferred Products. Now in v4 there is Low Emitting but it doesn't include VOC content just emissions.
