Dishwashers requirements for Europe

It seems that EnergyStar certified dishwashers are not available in Poland. Credit language states that we can select a dishwasher that is not certified but which complies with the requirements...

LEED reference guide states for Ice machines "ENERGY STAR or performance equivalent." Does anyone know if 2018 DOE (Department of Energy) regulations would be an acceptable performance equivalent...

I have a project which has specified 1.6/1.1 gpf tankless toilets.  Since the origionaly published BD+C v4 guidebook stats that tankless toilets are not elegable for watersense...
